February Dinner: Sullivan's Steakhouse

On a cold winter's night we revived our spirits dining on the hearty fare at Sullivan's. Sister Maria Monshaw worked with the steakhouse created a special menu for us, starting with a choice of Lobster Bisque or Salad (Iceberg or Ceasar). We chose from three entrees (6oz. Petite Filet Mignon, Salmon with Beurre Blanc, Lemon Garlic Chicken, or Vegetarian Portobello Mushroom) accompanied by a side of Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Sauteed Green Beans. A scrumptious selection of desserts (Homemade New York-style cheesecake, Banana Foster's Bread Pudding, key Lime Pie) brought the meal to a sweet finish!
